Our proposal

 

We are able to furnish the complete trial of acquisition document her:

1. Analysis of the papery park to be acquired

2. Reading of the park papery and consequent digitization

3. Creation of the indexes of search and connection to the database 

 

The solution software that we propose is based on "Alfresco" a system Open Source, without costs of license and integrated with Autostore a powerful person tool to insert the data in automatic way in the basic date. It will be so possible to insert in rapid way any papery documentation in the system and to seek them in few second with a simple click of the mouse. The process of management foresees the use of a scanner or a multifunzione that you/they turn of papery documents into digital documents. It needs therefore to create the printed indexes of search on a sheet barcode; this sheet becomes the cover of every document before the dispatch to the system.

Our solution foresees the use of the product "Autostore" to capture and to also try the deriving information from different channels (fax, scanner, multifunction, e-mail, folder) and the dispatch of the data to "Alfresco" product management document.

The directives in the P.A., they for instance go to the direction of the dematerializzazione of the papery documents forcing the firms that you/they work with the P.To. to the electronic billing and the substitutive maintenance of the documents

the digitization of the documents is instead a practicable road that puts the corporate body in the possibility to be ready to comply to the new normative.

The gradual introduction of the electronic management of the documents has made in fact evident the utility and the enormous potentiality of these tools in the management of the administrative procedures in terms of great efficiency, transparency and safety.
